1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, customers can submit a claim for a $20 discount code redeemable at Best Buy Stores instore or online for purchase of Eligible Products defined below (the “Offer”). OPIA Limited (“Claim Manager”) is the authorized manager of the claim process for this Offer on behalf of Microsoft (“Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility:

    1. Customer must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
    2. All online claims must be submitted on www.myofficeupgrade.com between March 7, 2017 and April 11, 2017 (the “Promotional Period”).
    3. A maximum of two $20 discount codes may be claimed per household and one $20 discount code may be redeemed per purchase.
    4. Customer must have a valid email address to obtain the discount code.
  3. Claim Manager will validate eligibility and send discount code via email within one (1) business day of Customer’s claim submission. A claim may be refused if the terms of the offer have not been met. The Claim Manager’s decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate the promotion without notice.

    1. Value: $20
    2. Discount codes will be redeemable instore or online at Best Buy Stores in the U.S. only.
    3. Discount may only be applied to the purchase of: Office 365 Home, Office 365 Personal, Office Home & Student 2016, Office Home & Student 2016 for Mac, Office Home & Business 2016, Office Home & Business 2016 for Mac, or Office Professional 2016 (“Eligible Products”).
    4. Discount codes will expire on June 10, 2017.
  5. This Offer is open to residents of the U.S. only and claims will only be accepted within the U.S.
  6. This Offer is not open to employees of Best Buy, its subsidiaries, divisions or affiliates (collectively, “Best Buy”) or their respective employees, agents, staff or anyone else connected with this Offer.
  7. Claim Manager reserves the right to monitor usage of the promotional website, including users' IP addresses, so that we may identify misuse and disqualify claims.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the customer from participating in the Offer.
